With the role, I spearheaded the launch of a co-work platform business aimed at helping inventors bring their ideas to life. As the co-founder as well as the administrator and platform designer, I oversaw the development of the system. Although the business did not achieve the expected success, the experience was invaluable and taught me valuable lessons that I can apply to future endeavors, whether with a new employer or in another startup.

Working for a small company gave me a lot of benefits. I was able to participate in various business decisions and experience different business parts such as finance, administration and marketing while working closely with the Managing Director.
