I'm Peter and I have over 10 years' experience in UX research, design, and product strategy. I have had the privilege of helping clients across a wide variety of sectors create new and innovative products and services as well as helping them build and strengthen their own design organizations. In these roles, I have led and coached design teams large and small, helped stand up talent groups to support hiring and career development, and introduced and scaled design ops to provide support across teams. I am a passionate learner myself, and I enjoy coaching and mentoring others and sharing what I've learned. Expertise

Sessions with Peter Last

• Design Crit (30 min): Quick design critique session: - 5 minutes on your context - 10 minutes on the design problem and proposed solution - 10 minutes on questions and feedback (+5 minute buffer)
• Preliminary consultation - Design Lead (45 min): Introductory session to get to know one another. I will ask about your past experiences, your professional goals, and what you hope to get from ongoing coaching. I will share my philosophy and approach as a coach. At the end of the session, if we're both aligned, I'll invite you to a recurring biweekly coaching session.
