• Worked closely with content marketing lead to do an audit of the content on TurboTax blog, creating content categorizations.•  Developed customer profiles for the product marketing team that allowed for target media spend and the creation of relevant product messaging.• Performed a SWOT analysis for TurboTax social media channels to determine content fit that will improve messaging and engagement.• Co-led department-wide A/B Optimization program focused on helping associates carry out testings and experimentations for owned channels.
