About Peter Perez Jr
Sr. Product Designer at Toptal
Hi, I'm Peter - a Senior Product Designer at Toptal (top 3%) who transforms messy business problems into funded products. My designs have helped companies raise over $6M in funding, blending my screenwriting background with 8+ years of product design experience and 14 years in the design industry.
Here's my secret sauce: I don't obsess over perfect pixels first. I validate ideas fast with scrappy prototypes, then build systematic designs that scale. After launching (and failing at) multiple startups and SaaS products, I've learned what actually moves the needle.
Areas I can help with:
-Portfolio reviews that stand out -Creating landing pages that actually convert -Crafting pitch decks that tell compelling stories -Validating products people want (before writing code) -Standing out in the saturated B2B space -Making design systems practical, not theoretical -Getting engineering teams to champion your designs -Breaking into high-paying B2B design work
Skip the costly mistakes I've made. Whether you're validating your first startup idea or scaling your B2B design career, I'll share the unfiltered truth about what works. No fluff, no theory - just battle-tested strategies from someone who's been in the trenches.
