About Pew Wutilertcharoenwong

Senior UX designer at Amazon

Hi there πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ! I'm Pew Wutilertcharoenwong, a senior UX designer at Amazon. I design simple solutions for Amazon's complex supply chain that drive billions of dollars in business impact. I started my design career as a graphic designer in 2014 before pivoting to UX in 2017. With over seven years of experience in various design capacities, I have a broad range of skills spanning the full design process from user research to visual design.

I love the challenge of solving difficult, ambiguous business problems, translating complex requirements into simple and intuitive UX and rallying people behind a shared vision. I find it exciting to design scalable and extensible solutions for business of all sizes and love the challenge of creating holistic customer-obsessed solutions that defies the neat boundaries of product ownership. I'm close to the details while also understanding the bigger picture of how everything is connected, and I enjoy sharing that knowledge with my cross-functional teams.

Even though I'm a staunch user advocate, I approach problems holistically from design, business, legal and engineering perspectives. I help my product teams solve complex problems by asking the right questions to understand the problem space, ideating on potential solutions and thinking through the potential impacts of a design decision within a complex ecosystem. I also help my teams break down visions into increments so that we can move quickly while keeping our eyes on long-term goals.
