About Peyman Yousefi

Senior UX Researcher at Merck Group

I’ve spent the last decade leading and growing UX, customer, and market research teams, mentoring professionals, and helping organizations make sense of complex problems. Along the way, I’ve worked across industries like tech, retail, life sciences, and financial services—always with a focus on making insights practical and actionable.

These days, I’m exploring how my background in analytics, engineering, and market strategy can be applied in new ways—including outside of tech. That mix of research, data, and real-world decision-making has become a throughline in everything I do, whether it’s guiding teams, advising mentees, or tackling challenges in entirely different fields.

Since I balance multiple professional priorities, I keep my ADPList mentorships very limited. I’m intentional about who I work with and generally look for mentees who are committed, curious, and ready to put in the effort. Limiting the number of people I take on helps me give the right amount of time and attention to those I do mentor.
