At Wildix (UC&C SAAS product), we're building the first sales-oriented unified communications solution to boost business revenue and help sales and marketing teams reach their goals. As the Head of Design, I built and managed a team of designers, fostering product thinking and strategic decision-making. I built design processes by integrating structured planning and shifting KPIs from task volume to solution quality. I established a design decision-making framework and a unified adoption system to maintain consistency across all products. 

To date, some of highlights:
· Established product strategy and positioning on the market in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
· Designed and implemented a design strategy for multiple products, considering their specifics and company goals. 
· Designed AI features such as Sales Intelligence and AI Transcription to help the sales department analyze their performance and increase sales potential.
· Established a structured design planning process, shifting KPIs from task volume to solution quality.
· Developed a design decision-making framework
· Redesigned information architecture and chat navigation to improve usability.
· Managed recruitment, conducted performance reviews, organized mentorship programs, and enhanced designers' skills.

Woorking | 2018
Founder of Woorking, a job search platform for IT specialists. Successfully launched the MVP version in 5 months with minimal budget and attracted the first 1,000 customers in 2 weeks. Gained rapid product recognition, through organic popularity growth driven by hitting the pain of recruiters and job seekers.

Empoller | 2020
At Empoller, a B2B platform designed to enhance employee retention through automated feedback, my role as co-founder saw us securing 4 major clients in the first 6 months after product launch, setting the stage for future expansion.

As the founding Product Designer at Workstream, I was pivotal in scaling startup from a team of four to a thriving team of over 300. Lead the product catering 4 million users. Collaborate closely with go-to-market, product, and users to take Workstream from concept to revenue generation, influencing business strategy.

Some of the highlights:
· Redesigned our information architecture and global navigation
· Designed AI features (chat to apply, job description optimizer) to improve application and time to hire success and increased companies profits by 25%,
· Launched new products critical to our company growth and customer success — I-9, e-verify, background checks), chat. 
• Optimized user conversion funnels, and enhanced management workflows

I recruited and built the design team in the US, as well as led multidisciplinary teams, including over 30 engineers, driving product launches and reducing time-to-market. I visited and worked with customers in person and was eager to incorporate customer feedback into the product vision.

Worked closely with top-managers from Holiday Inn, Dunkin', Chick-fil-a, McDonals and Starbucks.

Lead multiple-product company based in California

Customers: Identified customer segments, established and worked with a feedback loop, and defined effective communication methods to meet the building product expectations .

Achievements: 
• Launched five new products within company from 0 to a $million of revenue.  
• Worked on the improving the conversation rate up to 2x. 
• Collaborated with over 250 developers on a product delivery.
• Was responsible for building designing processes within the company.

I lead a design team dedicated to transforming the online purchasing experience for existing customers, aligning our initiatives with Mercedes’ strategic 2030 vision to transition car sales to digital platforms. My leadership role particularly focused on tailoring these innovations to the Latin-American market.

I was working as a UX Design consultant for one of the biggest national marble companies in the United States. I was working on the workflow process starting from a customer visit and till the order will come to the warehouse. Consulted on how to improve the architecture of internal CRM system for business purposes. Worked with top management and owners.

I was responsible for rebuilding and restructuring the information architecture of the existing company's product, generating over $64.5 million in revenue.

I worked closely with designers, developers, and product managers, streamlining the product development process, and creating user experience and user interface, Design Plans and PRDs.

I led the design team responsible for creating a new version of the existing project - Virtual Data Rooms.

Company: Collaborating with the CEO, CTO, and sales and marketing teams to define new milestones and make necessary adjustments.

Customers: Helped with end-user analysis to gain a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of our customers. Helped create new concepts for the project that was user-friendly and included existing and new functionality to improve the overall user experience.

Management and design execution: Created detailed specifications, prototypes, and wireframes to guide the development process and ensure the project stayed on track. I supervised a team of front-end developers responsible for the project's implementation. Was responsible for rebuilding the product and launching the new product release.

Today iDeals is one of the leaders in the industry with $46m. revenue

In this role, I worked closely with founders to help them define their goals with visual language. We developing a unique product - virtual fitting rooms. I also created product storyboards, wireframes, concept mocks, and prototypes for e-commerce. Designs for management environment, widgets for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
