Hi, I’m Phil - CPO, product strategist, and head of design.

With 12+ years in tech, I’ve grown from product designer to CPO, leading cross-functional teams and shipping high-impact solutions across SaaS, fintech, enterprise, and consumer products.

I’ve worked with global brands like Mercedes-Benz, Barclays, Citi, Toyota, PWC, Deloitte, HP, LG, American Airlines, and more - helping them rethink how design, technology, and business come together to create value.

As a CPO, I focus on customer-centric product strategy, GTM execution, growth loops, and building systems that scale. I lead vision, product discovery, UX strategy, and roadmap execution - from 0 1 to multi-million ARR stages.

I’ve built and mentored remote teams across the US, EU, and UAE. My approach combines strong product intuition with data-driven decision-making and a bias for action.

• Strategic Thinking for Designers (45 min): Why do some designers lead products — while others just execute tasks? Strategic thinking is the missing link. In this session, I’ll share how I, a product design lead with 15 years in startups and product companies, built a framework that connects business goals with design choices. You'll learn how to ask the right questions, influence roadmaps, and become a decision-maker — not just a maker. Mastering this mindset will unlock new career paths and make you an essential partner in any team.
• Portfolio Review (30 min): My name is Phil and I bring to the table over 15 years of experience as a product designer and lead, a career path that I have navigated with dedication and creativity. I built and managed a team of designers, fostering product thinking and strategic decision-making. I built design processes by integrating structured planning and shifting KPIs from task volume to solution quality. I established a design decision-making framework and a unified adoption system to maintain consistency across all products. My role has not only been pivotal in providing cutting-edge solutions for numerous SaaS companies but also in shaping the design aesthetics of top brands globally such as Mercedes-Benz, Barclays, Citi, Toyota, PWC, Deloitte, HP, LG, American Airlines, Holiday Inn, Dunkin' and Chick-fil-a, to name a few.
