Conducting research activities that inform our understanding of the end-to-end shopping experience, and identifying key opportunity areas, for Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods Market.

• Supported virtual reality user experiences focusing on the overall AI Assistant product strategy, product development, and implementation with the goal of building an assistant that connects people to each other and the world.
• Explored how hybrid work and productivity use cases could be delivered through a voice assistant in virtual reality experiences and recommended potential long-term opportunities to help differentiate Meta in the space.

• Supported 20+ talented designers across a portfolio of 30+ cloud infrastructure products through rapid iterative testing of design prototypes with target users recruited through UserTesting.com, Respondent.io, leveraging the sales teams, and product review sites. 
→ Awarded as a team for the "2019 Best in Digital Design" by Good Design Australia for the Virtual Private Cloud product after design recommendations based on several usability tests and interviews with target enterprise users and again for the "2021 Top Cloud Products" by the Stratus Awards.

• Tracked various cloud infrastructure product analytics using Amplitude, as well as NPS feedback using Medallia, in order to reach out to and invite identified users to participate in user research activities to get further feedback on their product experience. 

• Benchmarked task-based user experience flows from recurring studies using SEQ, task confidence, task completion, time on task, and SUS metrics resulting in designers being able to track these metrics and target areas in which to allocate prioritization and time most effectively.

• Established research operations by implementing a research repository using Airtable for participant management, to store data from studies, and generate easily accessible and shareable insights with the broader team resulting in over 100 insights being cataloged and used as support for UX design decisions.

• Engaged, developed, and nurtured relations with 10+ top VR developers/publishers to ensure GearVR device and app store platform have the best breed of content available.
• Augmented understanding of the process behind developing relations with large and small companies for products that will be used by millions.
• Strategically analyzed VR content trends using metrics in Excel such as downloads, ratings, price, genre, and current events to feature the best apps on Samsung Picks.

• Counseled students through resume critiques and provided career advice to around 20 students per week.

•	Aided teaching of 2nd – 5th graders in fluency, reading comprehension, math and science.
•	Provided IT assistance for school computers and tablets for over 6 classrooms (approx. 100 tablets/computers total).
•	Supervised activities for 2nd – 5th graders on the playground overseeing groups of 30.

•	Collaborated with a team coding in Unity to run virtual reality experiments with the Oculus Rift.
•	Studied various visual perceptual phenomenon including orientation effects, depth perception, and immersion.

•	Resolved members’ requests and inquiries gaining valuable customer service relationships. 
•	Strengthened communication skills leading 5 or more facility tours daily.
•	Adaptive when short-staffed on weekends or during overflows of customers at peak hours. 
•	Exercised diplomacy and patience with all types of individuals from parents to seniors to teenagers.
