Led two successive Solutions Engineering teams within the UK&I pre-sales organisation, covering Healthcare & Life Sciences and Consumer Packaged Goods, with a focus on large strategic accounts. Jointly accountable with the Sales Director for cloud consumption revenue delivery, exceeding annual commit and consumption targets across both teams. Recruited and onboarded multiple engineers at pace, coached several individual contributors into first-line management roles, and designed the employee engagement model for a geographically distributed, India-inclusive team.

Led one of Dataiku's two UK Sales Engineering teams for the first half of 2022, then took on leadership of the Nordics team from July 2022 following an internal reorganisation. Personally engaged at key strategic accounts, and rebuilt team morale and cohesion in the Nordics region following a period of flat performance and sales attrition.

Built and led the N-EMEA Solutions Engineering organisation through the Hortonworks/Cloudera merger, then expanded scope to lead the combined Nordics, Benelux and South Africa SE teams supporting multiple Regional Sales Directors. Recognised as EMEA SE Manager of the Year and Cloudera Club Winner (2021), and Hortonworks Champions' Club Winner (2018), for sustained team performance through significant organisational change.

rogressed over 15 years from a customer-facing technical specialist role to second-line EMEA leadership of the TIBCO Spotfire and Jaspersoft presales organisations, growing the team from single digits to approximately 30 individual contributors and managers. Delivered around 400 technical presentations to more than 100 companies across Europe, and won TIBCO's President's Club Award in 2008 and 2011.
