Hi, I'm Philipa. I have spent 25 years leading commercial teams across automotive, industrial, energy and deep tech, including nearly two decades at Continental AG in five global roles and a spell as Global Commercial Director at Weir Minerals. I have built and run teams of up to 100 people across 47 countries. Today I run AMACON Lead, a commercial advisory firm in the Netherlands, and I mentor founders through Unicorn Factory Lisbon and the UN Women programme. I help founders and operators with the commercial side of building a company: entering new markets, building a go-to-market and sales motion, pricing, and translating technology into investor language.
