About Phillip Golub

Group Vice President, Experience Design at WongDoody

I am a seasoned UX leader who thrives at the intersection of empathy, capability, and delivery, where customer relationships are positively transformed and value is unlocked at speed and scale, and with precision. A designer at heart, I partner closely with researchers, engineers, and product managers to create systems at scale, with human-centered thinking at the core.

I believe in the combined power of experience, strategy, and technology to conceive and construct experiences, services, and content that create measurable value for brands, transform how companies interact with their customers, and improve people’s lives.
