Conscious Co. Gin. is hand crafted from fresh surplus potatoes normally seen as waste in agricultural supply chains. We use zero single use plastic in our supply chain and use green energy generated on our farm to power our operations. As part of the founding team along with three close friends, I am responsible for delivering our circular economy strategy, driving strategic sales and establishing us as a serious challenger brand in the spirits world.

Founded and lead the company through early development of hardware and software technology for use in the global construction market. 

Attracted a top talent to the team from Dyson, Uber, McKinsey, Accenture and other global majors. Won investment from high profile angels and insitituals as well as onboarding and retaining some of the worlds largest concrete companies and projects as our early customers. Worked with a high calibre board to develop and execute on product and commercial strategy. 

Stepped back as CEO leaving a rockstar team to take the company through its next phase of growth.

Backed by Coca- Cola with the challenge of tacking some of their biggest challenges in sustainability we created BlockCycle. BlockCycle has the potential to disrupt supply chains in any industry whilst driving sustainability and accelerating businesses towards a Circular Economy.

Co-founder of a new Circular Economy start-up initiative in partnership with Red Garage Ventures and Coca-Cola to tackle Coke's $ billion challenges around sustainability. Received direct investment, as an entrepreneur from the coca-cola company to build a startup from scratch.

Fungimental was a sustainable startup sprouting from the streets of Sydney. Fungimental’s journey began when I started to become concerned with the social, economical and environmental state of the planet. I began researching and observed that the planet required radical change in order to secure a sustainable future for current and future generations. Passionate about healthy eating and concerned about the damage animal agriculture is causing to the environment I decided to act. 

Ever since this epiphany I became committed to finding innovative ways to contribute to the community and positively impact the environment. After much searching I discovered that it was possible to grow gourmet mushrooms on used coffee grounds. Given that coffee grounds are plentiful in Sydney and that oyster mushrooms are 33% protein and a great alternative to meat I knew that this was a great place to start. 

At its core Fungimental aimed to break the cycle of wastefulness through sustainable processes that utilize every possible morsel of waste. Another central purpose of Fungimental was to reconnect people with the origins of the food they eat – showing everyone how easy it is to grow your own food!

I believe that global change starts with small local change and hope that Fungimental can achieve the ultimate task of encouraging people to think sustainably in all aspects of every day life.

Reporting to the Deputy Project Director I was responsible for leading and
managing the contribution from diverse internal stakeholder groups to the OTS
works and processes, to align and drive stakeholder involvement and
engagement and ensure stakeholders deliver on their obligations to OTS and
OpCo. I also acted as key communication interface with the Ministers office.

Responsibility for providing expert and specialist advice and support to ensure
that Commissioning and Operational Readiness activities on projects are
managed in accordance with the established principles of Project
Management, Safety & sustainability. Expected to develop innovative
processes and systems to ensure that all projects are commissioned into
operations in the most efficient way possible. Supporting multiple Project
Managers to establish and coordinate the commissioning and operational
readiness activities required for successful handover to the owner operator or
customer representative

Responsible for the delivery and operational readiness on multiple rail, mine,
road, water, accommodation and power projects in the Pilbara region.
Management of the full operational readiness process for Growth projects to
ensure projects remain inline with the growth profile and sustainability targets
of BHP's Iron Ore business in the Pilbara. Worked alongside the technology,
environmental and sustainability teams to ensure innovative systems,
technologies and processes where in place to ensure the best possible project
outcomes.

Responsible for the management of project delivery, including, client interface,
program management, change management, operational readiness and
construction activities. Developed business processes and systems inline with
contract requirements, Acted as Bid Manager during the tendering stages.

Responsible for developing and managing the company’s environmental,
quality and safe work procedures and ensuring that all works carried out by
the company were done safely and sustainably. Responsible for ensuring that
all works carried out by the company were in line with UK regulations, laws
and industry best practice guidelines, Environmental and Sustainability targets.
Managed construction, test & commissioning activities during railway
possessions to ensure the projects were handed back on time, safely, within
budget and minimum impact on the environment
