Hi, I'm Phuong and I’m a tech professional with 10 years of experience, having worked across Vietnam, Singapore, and the U.S., most recently as a Senior Systems Program Manager at Meta. I’ve led cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments and navigated career transitions across different countries and cultures. As an international student and immigrant, I also understand firsthand the challenges of navigating education, immigration, job searches, and building a career in a new country. More recently, I’ve been working as a Research Associate with the Child Learning and Development Studies (ChiLDS) Lab at The University of Texas at Austin, exploring my interests in language development, bilingualism, and child development.
I enjoy helping others think through career decisions, international transitions, job searches, and finding a path that fits their goals. As a mentor, I hope to provide honest, practical advice and help mentees feel more confident about their next steps.
