I'm a Burmese design leader & manager who's worked in IoT, Finance and Telecom sectors. My expertise is in creating products and service design in developing markets. My journey and my developing market experience means I've had to be creative with the processes and methodologies to fit the purpose as well as resource constraints I've had to work with in my everyday function. I've built design ops processes and contributed to building design teams in two local and multinational corporates in Myanmar. My last design team had 10-12 designers working on CX, Service Design, UX and GTM.
