I’m Peter Kmita, a product designer and Head of Design from Poland with 17 years of experience.
Currently, I’m Head of User Experience Design at XTB.COM, where I lead strategic design efforts across a suite of financial products used by millions.
Previously, I built two elite design teams from scratch—one at EL Passion and the other at Ramp. I’ve also worked as a designer or lead on various digital products, managed teams of up to 15 designers, and helped designers grow in their careers.
I’m passionate about what I do and dive deep into every topic I take on. With product design and user experience, that passion has lasted nearly two decades. I’ve explored many areas of design, but product design is where I found my focus.
Outside of work, I’m an avid reader and a life-hacker, always finding ways to improve efficiency. I just love learning and getting shit done.
