I’m a Design Operations Manager with experience in project management, continuous improvement, and marketing technology. I’m currently working in Design Operations with a focus on culture in the B2B side of BT Design.
More personally, I have experience in managing and working through periods of intense change caused by internal business factors, as well as external factors, redundancy and bereavement.
As a mental health first aider, I’m passionate about advocating mental health and well-being in the workplace and creating a positive team culture.
