- Redesign the eDocumentService online library for visually impaired people by restructuring information architecture and users flow and iterating the design through user interviews and 2nd research.
- Create a design system that meets the WCAG requirement and develop a guidance website to advocate accessibility design and development.

- Drive design-thinking process to ship enhancement features and provide content strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement in dyson.com and 3rd-party eCommerce sites in 18 APAC markets.
- Initiate and lead the commercial design style guides creation for governing, localizing and adapting each market's needs and usages on the digital site.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, gauge user insights, analyze data and make innovative, insightful, and practical design solutions to enable a better user-centric shopping experience and owner experience in dysom.com.

- Launched a B2B cross-platforms( iOS, Android and web) for the donateNYC applications with 4000+ active business users. 
- Led the product design strategy and end-to-end execution for the donateNYC merchant signup and onboarding journey incorporating research, identifying problems, designing information architecture and coding fully functional prototypes for usability tests. 
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams for planning the roadmap and worked closely with developers to craft front-end development and responsive UI code. 
- Managed and mentored design interns on user interface design knowledge and skills.

- In the Catalyst Department, developed wireframe for Viacom’s finance web application and designed media ads and assisted in securing copyright for social media channels.

- Identified opportunities to improve the user experience for watching sports videos on mobile devices through diary research and interviews with users
- Produced wireframes and design elements to implement user-centered design concepts on ESPN’s mobile website
- Created rapid prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts with for the team, executives and users
- Iterated designs based on user feedback

- Assisted in updating iOS and Android user interface designs 
- Mocked up the tablet and mobile app versions

- Improved user flows and assisted with UI design for the 91 app on iOS and Android
- Collaborated with developers and product teams to support function planning and visual elements
