As a Design and UX Research Mentor on the ADP List, I am excited to share my experience and to help shape the future of the industry in the following aspects:

In this role, my job responsibilities entail: 

1. Plan, design, execute questionnaires, recruitment screeners for qualitative & quantitative research.
2. Conduct user interviews with over 40+ doctors, nurses & hospital directors across four geographies.
3. Using Design Thinking/ Human Centric Design methodology & tools to identify unmet user needs.
4. In-depth study and synthesis of all the qualitative interview transcripts to arrive at actionable insights.
5. Plan & prepare high-level presentations to communicate research insights to project stakeholders along with preparing detailed reports, value maps & infographics 

Accomplishments: 
- Introduced new methods & tools to capture data points from user interviews that helped in streamlining the process of research synthesis & increased work efficiency by 30%.

- Research Insights assisted the organization to decide on business expansion within a new country and build sales teams focused on key products addressing specific user needs. 

- Exploratory research insights led to a successive research around exploring the brand's entry into a new business segment.

Major job responsibilities included: 
1. Designed and conducted market research activities including formulating questionnaires, conducting surveys, analyzing data & deriving insights.
2. Organized competition mapping & comparative research across industry segments to
understand the market and design trends.
3. Prepared detailed research reports and analysis documents to realize better design strategies & improve customer experience.

Accomplishments: 
- Stakeholder interviews & insights gathered for a mid-sized IT Services firm exploring a new product & helped them charter a go-to-market strategy 

- Conducted primary & secondary research for a new brand within the mental health domain & its insights contributed to the brand's go-to-market 

- For a global NPO, managed a team of 3 people to research, conceptualize & launch a national social campaign (website) focused on women entrepreneurs

Active contributor within the Trendspotter community that included regional innovations and insights from the Indian Sub-continent. Also, in 2018, I was fortunate to have been invited for the APAC Trend Event in Singapore. 

Accomplishments: 
- Awarded one of the top 9 global TW trend spotters in October 2017

- My trendspotting contribution was featured in a Tw:in Pulse article in October 2017

1. Worked with the Design Research team on the in-house project titled 'Self-Identity of Indian
Youth'

2. Planned and designed the research with deliverables such as a User Interview Guide and a Sample
recruitment screener

3. Conducted ethnographic research with in-depth interviews with over 30 people from various
backgrounds and income brackets along with online expert interviews

4. Analysis of data leading to the development of Trend Stories with mood boards and user
personas

Key Roles & Responsibilities included: 

1. Leading a team of 20 people including 3D and 2D designers to create concepts and execute
various aspects for exhibitions infrastructure, client stalls, art installations, etc.

2. Liaison between Design and Marketing teams to build proposals and client presentations from inception to completion for projects ranging from city expos to large-scale national exhibitions.

3. Administrative work included managing day to day operations of the design team along with
maintenance of design project files for ISO purposes.

Accomplishments 
- Conceptualized and executed the event design for MNCs, Government Enterprises and Public-Private Partnerships at a national scale visited by over 1 mn+ people across various countries. 

- Designed and managed creative execution onsite for some of India's largest events such as Aero India, Defence Expo, Petrotech and International Trade Shows among others.
