Hello! My name is Pradeep, and I'm thrilled to connect with you.

With over a decade of experience as a Staff Software Engineer, I've had the opportunity to build scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient systems in both the retail and healthcare sectors. I have worked on large teams, as well as taking a v1 product from inception to running at a global scale. Delivering interviews, designing systems to work at scale, providing technical guidance, project planning, mentoring engineers, writing code and working with AI, ML, and cloud computing are a few of the things I do regularly..

In addition to my professional work, I also enjoy supporting non-profit organizations in building impactful websites that foster community connection. I actively participate in workshops and brownbag sessions to encourage innovations and new ideas. I believe in giving back and making a positive difference through my skills and experience.

• Casual Friendly Chat (15 min): Let's have a virtual coffee and discuss about general things in your life.
• Career Strategy (60 min): Sometimes, a strategy is needed to accomplish a future career change, or simply to get further in your current position. Should you go back to school? Look for a new job? Learn a new set of skills by yourself? Become a freelancer? One of our mentors could be the outside view you need. They understand the challenges that come with a career change, and are happy to help you come up with a solid strategy on how to reach your goals.
• Resume Feedback (60 min): Having a good resume on hand when going on the job hunt is crucial, and will make your search a lot easier. Even if you're not looking for a new position right now, having an up-to-date CV that sells your experience to future potential employers is always good to have. In this session, a mentor with hiring experience will go over your CV and give you actionable points on how to improve it. You will be able to follow along and make these changes right away, hopefully leaving you with a top-notch CV at the end of the sessions.
