I work with Gojek as a Product Design Manager for their Loyalty programme (Across Tokopedia and Gojek) and previously worked with Deloitte as a User Experience Strategist and Consultant. I have enjoyed the learnings that comes with transition from Consulting to Product and able to enjoy the best of both the worlds.
Having always had a keen interest in understanding people behaviour and needs had me pursue my undergrad in Psychology. While studying I visited rehabs, prisons, hospitals, media houses and large corporations and while people everywhere were different they all used technology- some less sophisticated than the others but that was one platform common to all. This got me interested in designing technology and products for the users while empathising with them, understanding their usage and their potential learning curve.
Work being my first love, I also love yoga, gardening and reading. Am an ashtanga yoga instructor certified in regular and pre/post natal yoga and enjoy the growth and humbleness teaching and sharing brings with it.
