Senior User Researcher at Motorola Solutions
I am Pranali (Pra-naa-li). I am a UX professional with a Master's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, a 2-year interdisciplinary program focused on research, technology, and design. I have 5+ years of industrial experience in a variety of domains including FinTech, enterprise tools, voice technology, travel, and virtual reality (VR).
Although UX Research is where my core expertise lies, I also have cross-skills in UX Design & UX Strategy. I love discovering new technologies, storytelling, and innovation. Throughout the years, as a researcher, I have directed several end-to-end generative and evaluative research investigations. I have extensive experience leading design thinking workshops, usability testing, contextual inquiries, user interviews, surveys, and ethnography. One of my strengths as a UX researcher is the ability to clarify ambiguity while creating a clear path out of chaos. During my master's in Human-Computer Technology, I worked on various accessibility projects under National Science Foundation (NSF) grant.
I aim to pioneer design as a tool for making human lives better, business more sustainable and the globe much greener! I love doodling, chasing sunsets, and hiking mountains.
“I've had two sessions with Pranali now, and they've been super helpful as a researcher trying to learn more about working in-house! Pranali helped me understand what hiring managers are looking for in candidates and figure out what dimensions to focus on in different interview phrases. Thank you, Pranali!”
“I appreciate her emphasis on areas that needed improvement, prompting me to reflect on my own mistakes and seek opportunities for growth.”
“I had a great experience meeting Pranali. She's incredibly knowledgeable, a great listener, and provided valuable feedback on my portfolio. Enjoyed our discussion and highly recommend her!”
