● Designed eCommerce customer experience for Amazon Fire TV, web and app to increase the renewal rate by conducting user research and influencing various orgs across the company to deliver a seamless experience to customers. Designed for mobiles, tablets, web and TV.
● Lead user research and advocated usability improvements for existing eCommerce and Talent Management products. 
● Built strong relations with stakeholders and influenced decisions outside of the department.

Led initiatives into user experience for clients - from EduTech, healthcare and finance domains.

My role allowed me to create simplified and intuitive digital products for insurance and banking customers of Canada Life!

I worked for Cisco projects as Sr. UX Specialist via Zensar. 

For the projects that I handled, I designed engaging user and customer experience, user flows, created value proposals, championed best practices for UX design and spread awareness regarding industry best UX methodologies.

While working for the Oil-field services at Schlumberger, I served their Mobility Design arm by designing user experience for enterprise and customer-facing applications. My work began with understanding the scope of work and determining the functions based on the requirement documents and ended with high-fidelity wireframes!

I was responsible for several confidential projects for Indian Army.

I was responsible for interface design and analysis of aeroplane cockpit control panels and pilot controls for companies such as Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, Sikorsky, etc. I acted as single point of contact for all Airbus projects, by understanding the voice of the customer and translating it into technical designs.

I served in R&D division and was responsible for design, development and fabrication of various underbody components on Trax vehicles as well as ARAI certification of customized fuel tanks, speed limiters, rear view mirrors, etc.
