About Prasanth Thomas (PT)

Senior Director at Oracle

I am currently a Senior Director at Oracle helping software and digital native companies transform using cloud.

I started my career in consulting (Cognizant consulting) where I spent 12 years in progressively senior roles. I then joined BCG (Boston Consulting Group) where I was part of the Technology and Digital team.

After more than a decade in consulting, I wanted to experience the 'client side' - and joined a multi-billion utility conglomerate where I was a Senior Vice President for digital technologies. My team and I were involved in a comprehensive digital transformation across multiple business units. My responsibilities included digital platforms, corporate applications, enterprise architecture and UI/UX.

After 3.5 years in an industry role, I returned to the technology space, joining Oracle in the UK, in a sales and BD role.

With experience across consulting, sales, business development and end-user roles, I can offer a well rounded perspective on digital transformation from both sides (vendor and client). I am open for discussions related to (1) careers in consulting/sales/BD ; (2) broad digital transformation (3) cloud adoption
