Hi there! I’m Prashant and have been researching products for ten years. I’ve spent the last 7 years at Uber where I’ve been a lead researcher for the rider app, the global website, accessibility and safety. More recently, I am the head of research for Uber’s logistic wing, Uber Freight. Over the years, I’ve mentored many bright researchers looking to expand their skill sets, make an impact at their company, or navigate tough collaborative situations.
