Data Engineering
● Google BigQuery Datawarehouse: Integrated and Migrated all our data sources from Zendesk, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, In-house databases using REST APIs, Shell scripting, Google Script into BigQuery.
● Automated and Built an ETL system to migrate data from AWS PostgreSQL to Neo4j a NoSQL graph database.

Transitioned my engineering career at Citrix to PM. Fall Intern - as I was completing my business degree at Duke.
●	Evaluated multi-app strategy for mobile apps through customer interviews, data analysis and competitive analysis. Recommended unbundling of Sharefile mobile app to retain 133,000 customers.
●	Analyzed the usage metrics, collaborated with account managers to identify reasons for low active use and recommended new strategy to increase the active use by 5%.

• Conducted competitor analysis to identify trends and unmet needs across different transit start-ups with respect to product-market fit, technology, strategy, and consumer behavior. Developed and presented a new product strategy to the management team.
