Managing people

I've managed a team of 40+ developers, overseeing resource allocation, task delegation, and fostering collaboration. I led talent acquisition efforts, contributing to recruitment and ensuring team productivity through performance reviews. Introducing innovative tech stacks like Next.js and Mono Repo (NX and Turbo Repo), we optimized development processes and enhanced project scalability. Mentoring junior developers in GraphQL, REST APIs, React.js, TypeScript, and responsive design principles, I emphasized seamless user experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, we crafted interactive front-end solutions. I've successfully resolved complex technical challenges and promoted Agile methodologies, fostering continuous improvement within the team. With a portfolio including 20+ projects, 6+ mobile development, and 3+ enterprise-level applications, my experience spans various domains and technologies.
