As the Head of Product & Design, I bring a wealth of experience in leading dynamic design teams, pioneering Pattern-Based product design strategies, and leading innovative solutions in the domains of Omni-Channel, AI Chatbot, AI Assist for agents, Low Code/No Code app builders, and Self-Service for Fiber diagnostics.

Leading the design for Customer Self-service product and it improves customer experience. Also, using a self-service portal, customers can access their information at any time on any day without having to go through the process of making a call or waiting for someone to email them. 

According to recent studies, 50% of customers want to solve service issues themselves while a whopping 70% of customers expect some form of self-service throughout their journey. 

Role And Responsibilities:

- Responsible for user research with the product team to identify the need.
- Talking to customers on a regular basis and make sure that everyone in our team understands our target audience on a deep level. Also, each stakeholder participating in at least a few face-to-face interviews with consumers. It’s a great source of insights but also helps me to build empathy towards our target audience.
- Created end to end customer journey for customer and back-office agents.
- Validated this concept with the stakeholders and business team to identify their business goal.

While working for Boston Consulting Group Via Xebia IT Architects,  I am responsible for modernising data approach by building efficiencies, simplifying process & creating an impactful client experience to help their internal teams and clients from data collection, analysis to data visualisation for their flagship Benchmarking product. 

▌Role And Responsibilities: 

•  Developed collaborative relationships with product owners, senior leadership and international business unit leads

•  Created persona, user flows, task flows, sitemaps, wireframes and style guidelines to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

•  Responsible for all UI design decisions to create visually stimulating and delightful designs.

•  Conducted stakeholder interviews and usability tests. Created click-throughs and prototypes for web and mobile/tablet for use during tests.

Acted as primary UI/UX design contact point for all stakeholders.
I was the sole designer of the most important Apps like mPOS, Stock Portal & mobile apps (iOS & Android). mPOS is a mobile point of sale which runs on a smartphone, tablets that perform the functions of a cash register or electronic point of sale terminal.

▌Role And Responsibilities:

• Established UX design as the first stage of all Web and mobile application developments, instituting a user-centred design (UCD) approach.

• Review existing applications and identify improvement opportunities for user experience and Redesigned the whole App experience for both the Desktop and Mobile viewports

• Researched and identified problems through stakeholder talks and user research in the complex industry of retail.

• Create all sketches, wireframes and mocks to communicate user flows and interactions.

As a senior UI/UX designer at Bned(LoudCloud Systems), I worked on the UX and visual design for the instructor, student and admin experiences, including a dashboard for instructors to track their course performance and the interactive quizzes and analytics of use.

In this product, We opted for a lean approach which emphasised rapid sketching, prototyping, user feedback and design mockups. This created early team‐wide alignment, sparked tons of great ideas and created a strong sense of ownership across different disciplines within the organisation.
