I am working as a Sr Manager Engineering at Microsoft. Coming from a strong Software background and having worked as an engineer myself, I closely know what are daily hustles a professional goes through. Hence, I love to mentor and coach people practicing leadership and management skills.

I guide engineers technically, contribute to the design, love to keep the team motivated. I have built and lead multiple teams in my career and played a strong role in hiring folks for the company.

Right now, I have started my journey of content writing and sharing my learnings with my audience. I practice mentorship very regularly.
