As a product designer am responsible for research, flows, and architecture for different modules of CRM. This is a Salesforce-based CRM and the world's most extensive case management experience for the most significant company merger. Our UX will support over a billion assets and agents; we are being advertised as the best UX team Salesforce has seen in implementing their application. And we are driving changes in their roadmap. Our designs will be used by 65,000 agents worldwide.

I worked on Azure incident management platform. I worked on both UX and UI part of the platform. We were redesigning the existing platform to solve many functional and design related issues and aligning it with Cloud es design guidelines. As a designer I team up with Product managers, developers to deliver the best.
I desiged web portal and mobile apps(ios and android) for incident management.t.

Omoto is an automated real-time customer feedback and request management system that helps measure, manage, and monetise customer experience. I was involved in it from research phase, was working with founders which helped me in giving better inputs at every phase. 
I have done both UX and UI related work for this project. I designed an android application and also made back end management system which gives analysis about customers,I was doing different types of representations for different kinds of analytics so that it will be very user-friendly and also easy to understand.

Worked on Mobile Sales Force Automation and other web based projects involving Human Factors and UX Design for various facets of the projects.Some of the associated areas include Van sales, Store check, Account management, Central planning engine etc. worked on e-commerce websites and mobile applications.Worked on various kinds of devices.
Main challenge was to make changes in the existing software so that user should be able to complete the task in very less time. Was successful in doing so by using different kinds of UX methods.

Working as User Experience Designer at Bitkemy Ventures, my first job out of college. Main reason for choosing this job is I got an opportunity to work with more than 5 companies, I was involved in end to end process of design. Handled projects from various sectors such as ERP, Android and IOS mobile applications, web applications etc.Crafted UX and coordinated with the developer and visual design teams to achieve client expectations.

Worked as Product Designer Intern at Dhama innovations where I got an opportunity to work with Kranthi Vistakula(Innovator of the year 2010 by Massachusetts Institute of Technology ).Worked on Climacon technology for General Motors , I also worked for Reckitt Benckiser and made grooming kit for women with the help of thermo electric couples.
