Before that, I co-founded and led initiatives focused on strategic sourcing, market mapping, and engaging with stakeholders to build authentic employer value propositions. At Ricoh, I spearheaded the use of Generative AI and advanced sourcing tools to streamline processes and enable data-driven market mapping, while coaching candidates through transparent journeys and fostering a culture of feedback.
