As a senior product designer, I was responsible for end-to-end design quality of Parts Sales Experience. 

Key Accomplishments:
Led successful and on time design deliveries for Inchcape project. From functional discovery in the UK to resource management and ensuring design quality, managed successful MVP Launch for Parts Design.
Setting up the overall design direction for the RO Revamp Project. Led the team of 2 designers to execute this major overhaul from research to execution. 
Have mentored junior designers to get better at their design craft, better communicators, better at research and conducting interviews by organizing workshops and doing one on ones.
Have played an essential role in building the team and been part of hiring.
Involved in setting up processes for improving efficiency and fostering innovation in the team.

As a product designer was responsible for solving design challenges for parts department.

Key Accomplishments:
Successfully executed the very first revamp project in the design team which setup the framework for future revamp projects in the team.
Implemented research methodologies to define the problem statements and set design goals and KPIs.
Ensured stakeholder alignment for all the major design deliverables.

I lead a team of 3 designers. I was responsible for the travel and expense redesign. Also led the re-branding exercise. After Evex merged with Traform, was also responsible for the virtual event experience.
- Created a pattern library and style guide to suite Traform’s unique requirements. 
- Performed user research for Travel desk and Finance personas
- Designed Duty of Care dashboard which was a critical requirement from Covid-19 perspective.
- Redesigned the Travel Desk experience
- Continuously analyse customer feedback to improve the product.
- Make design improvements for traveler and manager web and mobile experience 
- Created product help videos

Evex 
- Designed Evex Meet, an interactive virtual event tool
- Redesigned landing page

- Developed multiple applications in Fashion Management Solution. Designed PO Consolidation from scratch.
- Worked on design requirements with S/4 HANA Services and conducted usability testing with business users.
- As part of SAP Startup Studio, conducted UX workshops with multiple startups to help them design their applications with SAP's design system.
