About Priya Toshniwal

Product Manager at Builder.ai/NTU, Singapore

My search for product management was nothing less than searching for a partner. I've worked across several industries, different products and user/customer segments - Automobile industry (Mercedes-Benz), MedTech/Healthcare (Hillrom/Baxter), EdTech (I ventured into my own startup journey 2 years back) and now work with an AI-driven app development tech startup called Builder.ai

I transitioned into product from engineering, after 2 years long search for what I wanted to do and finally discovering product management on a long train ride back home from work.

Some of my strengths are Doing customer/user research through in-depth interviews, surveys, and going really deep to understand a user's context, emotions, needs and challenges with a product. Strong inclination for simple and delightful product experiences over complex products. Stakeholder management, collaboration across teams, leading the product development teams towards product and their individual goals, conflict resolution, etc. Product and interpersonal communication Product prioritization Growth Mindset Product Sense Simplifying complex topics really well
