I’m excited to support and empower others on their journeys. With 13+ years of experience building and scaling global technology platforms, I serve as a Senior Engineering Leader managing Amazon’s Core Payment Processing Platform. I lead engineers and leaders responsible for highly-available low-latency systems that move billions of dollars daily.
My experience spans distributed and cloud-native systems, developer experience, and applied AI/ML. I’ve driven initiatives that improved availability, cut latency, halved operational toil, and lifted KPIs through AI/ML. I’ve grown from intern to engineer, manager, and org leader, shaping platform strategy and mentoring managers and senior ICs. I’m also an IEEE Senior, IETE Fellow, and active in various IEEE conferences reviewing work on distributed, AI-driven, and autonomous systems.
