I’m a Senior UX Researcher at Microsoft, leading research for MS Teams Calling. I’ve had the opportunity to shape product strategy through foundational, tactical, and evaluative research across the product development lifecycle—translating user insights into impact.

As a mentor, I’m here to offer a helping hand to anyone exploring or growing within the field of UX—whether you’re early in your career, transitioning into UX, or simply looking for a thought partner. I enjoy brainstorming research approaches, sharing real-world experiences, and talking through everything from stakeholder management to career decisions. My goal is to create a supportive, honest space where you feel comfortable asking questions, thinking out loud, and finding your own voice in this field.
