I am currently a UXD at GovTech with a focus on UX research. In my previous roles, I’ve helped product owners with Discovery and Define activities as a part of an Innovation Team, and drove end-to-end conceptualisation, testing and delivery as a product owner. I’ve had the opportunity to dabble in a range of research activities, from stakeholder interviews, to need-discovery user interviews, to running A/B experiments.
