* Leading Transformational initiative across the organization leading to build of new products
* Manage compliance project portfolio, supporting budgeting process and Capital Appropriation requests. 
* Lead and support several transformational initiatives across App/ Dev, supporting multiple Scrum and Kanban teams.

•	Spearheaded corporate-wide Record Retention project leading to reduced regulatory risks and increased efficiencies. Worked with business partners, legal, vendor on determining requirements for each record class and a destruction plan
•	Led the project to consolidate BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) vendor to a single corporate vendor. Managed the process transitions, budget, communication and plan for consolidation to move about 55 processes within a period of 4 months
* Led the implementing LOS (Loan Origination System) for the Wholesale channel at Pacific Union Financial. This involved program management with multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Established project plan and led the team through the plan for successful implementation targeted in phases for April, May and June (total of 5000 broker companies)

•	Program managed large $10mm initiative to transfer servicing portfolios onto one platform. Responsible for partnering with Servicing Operations, current servicers, third-party providers, IT and other partners
•	Led program to lead Home Loans business towards being Well Managed at critical processes. Managed the core program with multiple workstreams that is expected to reduce number of defects in processes by 40%-50%. 
•	Delivered project for new product rollout for home loans. Cross-coordinated the project with Sales, Operations, Training, Compliance and IT teams. The product expected to generate $6.3 million loans/ year
•	Led the project to implement a lead sales management system to enable Retail and Direct Sales force to effectively manage customer prospects. Managed this $1.2 million project with multiple vendors and supported business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

•	Bank of America (Deposits ) -Delivery manager for a project. Acted as liaison between technical teams and line of business. Managed all aspects of the project including executive reporting, forecasting, WBS updates, issue management and escalations. Managed all deliverables from initiation till successful delivery. 
•	Bank of America (Global Information Access)- Assessed current state for Global Information Access organization with respect to people, processes and technology for process discrepancies between 3 different areas. Identified potential high-risk areas due to these process differences and recommended opportunities to increase operational efficiencies.
•	Morgan Stanley – (Commercial Lending ) - Part of PMO for rollout of a new Commercial lending product. Project managed end-to-end workstream, coordinated OCC letter, aligned processes and procedures for different functional areas. Responsible for obtaining internal and external regulatory approvals, resolving issues and executing the rollout plan.
*        AT&T - Sourcing - RFP development, Vendor assessment, Vendor performance reporting, contract development, SLA and KPI establishment.

Vendor Management - Collected data and created reports for Vendor Performance Office (PfMO). Presented reports to Sr. executives, provided insights and trending for the vendor performance.
