Purvi is a Service Designer, passionate about using empathy and human centric design to solve some of the societies pressing problems. She likes to observe human behaviours and understand the intersection between users, physical environments and digital platforms. Crafting rich insights from research into innovative ideas, she believes in a holistic approach to problem solving.
In the past, she has worked in the aviation sector, education and skill training sector in India and developed tool-kits and educational approach to support children with special educational needs in the UK.
