Sessions with Sara Qihan Dong

• Ask Me Anything (15 min): Initial intro session to getting to know each other or ask me quick questions before booking paid sessions.
• Mock Interview / Whiteboard (60 min): In these mentorship sessions, gain the skills and confidence to answer challenging questions, demonstrate your expertise, and leave a lasting impression. For Mock Interviews, we'll focus on behavioral questions, consisting of three parts: 1) I will share strategies, rating framework, and what interviewers are looking for behind the questions. 2) mock interview based on a list of 20+ questions from my experience interviewing with tech companies (Meta, Uber, JPMC, RTR, GoDaddy, etc.) 3) feedback and Q&A. If you’re already interviewing with a company, send me the job description, and we can tailor it to your specific role.
• General Mentorship (30 min): No matter if you’re looking to switch career, securing your first job out of college, considering breaking into tech, promotion and career paths, soft skills, burnouts, or just want to vent.
• Portfolio Review (60 min): In these mentorship, we'll review your existing portfolio and provide constructive feedback for improvement. You'll receive guidance on enhancing visual appeal, organizing content, and targeting specific audiences. Revamp your portfolio to make a lasting impression and increase your chances of landing dream projects or job opportunities. All levels of UIUX/Product Designers or students are all welcomed. This can be one 60-min session or divide into two 30-min sessions based on your preference, just let me know.
• Career Transition (30 min): This is a 4-session package to guide you all the way through your career transition period. From identifying transferable skills to setting achievable career goals, you'll gain the tools needed to successfully transition into a rewarding new career and seize opportunities for growth and advancement. I believe in guiding you to identify your strengths and uniqueness to become your best self, instead of making you a perfect template.
