Hi, I’m Queenie and I have spent the last decade growing and managing an international real estate firm, alongside stakeholders and team members across Singapore, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand. Throughout my career, I found that I was most energized when I was able to contribute to the client experience of our services, whether it was suggesting an improvement to the communication channels, conducting customer research, or designing marketing collaterals, I enjoyed the process of understanding clients’ needs and translating them into actionable insights.
My extensive experience in the real estate industry allowed me to work with a Proptech start-up and take charge of the UX aspect of their app. This opportunity propelled me towards a product manager role for a business-facing dashboard specifically designed for property managers. As I continued to expand my knowledge in the UX field, I realized that my passion lay in creating user-centered designs that could make a real difference in people’s lives!
