- Design Career First Steps (30 min): Not sure if design is right for you? Trying to switch to UX from another industry? Looking for advice for school? I'm here to help. Let's talk about what you want from a design career, how to get into UX, and some of the things I learned when I was trying to decide if it was the field for me. This session is geared towards students and early career professionals who are new to product design / UX and exploring the field — if you have more than a year of experience in the field, there are lots of other great mentors on this site that will be of much more help than I!
- Beginner/Intermediate Figma 1:1 (30 min): Have any beginner questions about using Figma to prototype or design? Not to worry! No question is too basic — we can start from the very beginning and work our way up, or if you have a more advanced question we can delve deeper. Popular requests include prototyping, animation, interaction, tool basics, plugins, Auto Layout, Components, and Variables. If you don't know where to start, that's okay too! Just say "beginner".
