I’m a 3x founding designer for fintech startups with a deep-knowledge in UX/UI/Product Design. My management and design style is honest, inclusive, empathy-based. I have over 15 years of experience designing interactions and products for everyone from Fortune 500 companies to startups. I’m currently establishing a design function within a 10-year old company that has never had a dedicated designer. In my free time I am an adjunct professor of new media design at Rochester Institute of technology. I've mentored many designers through my experience teaching at Miami Ad School, SVA, at my alma mater (Rochester Institute of Technology), and in building up design teams at the companies I’ve helped to grow.
I'm east coast based typically mentor Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9a-10a ET.
