Hi there! I have been a Service and Experience designer for the past 4+ years. I have always been curious about involving the user or stakeholders to understand how to better their experience. Often, we design experiences in silos and do not pay attention to what I call, the 'invisible' moments that make an experience unforgettable.
Design to me helps revolutionize the world for the better, and I aim to improvise on decision-making skills and use emerging methodologies such as service and speculative design to effectively transform experimental ideas into an experiential, innovative reality.
On the side, I believe in sharing and making design more accessible through forming communities with designers and non designers.
