Acting as a Senior Experience Designer in a global consultancy environment, supporting clients across North and South America. My role involves leading or collaborating on end-to-end design processes — from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and delivery — depending on the project context.

I work in cross-functional teams alongside product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and designers (with varying levels of support per engagement) to solve complex problems, drive business value, and deliver human-centered digital products and services. I contribute to shaping product strategy, facilitating workshops, improving design operations, and ensuring scalable, inclusive, and accessible experiences.

I worked at Rappi, an international company driving B2B innovation through two critical squads: Self-onboarding and RappiAliados.

In Self-onboarding, I optimize restaurant onboarding, achieving a 30% project development milestone. In RappiAliados, I enhance restaurant prep and delivery by streamlining processes and reducing costs.

I'm also spearheading a Design Library initiative, ensuring design consistency and efficiency until our new system is ready. This fosters collaboration and maintains quality despite the absence of a complete design system.

My commitment lies in improving user experience, efficient collaboration, and design excellence, aligning with Rappi's vision for impactful B2B solutions.

At CVC Corp, I led design initiatives across internal tools, marketing platforms, loyalty programs, the design system, and the mobile app. Over 5 years, I grew from UX/UI to Product Design, focusing on UX strategy, scalable systems, and data-driven improvements.
