I am a strong believer in community and as a career changer, I know firsthand the mentorship value. I mentor informally for 4+ years now and in the past year this became an official practice for me inside my company and as a design coach in the local chapter of the Service Design Jam. Mentorship to me means motivation, self-development, giving back to the community, elevating the practice, and growing together. I practice knowledge sharing in my 9 to 5, as a speaker at events and I am eager to expand this practice as a mentor in an international community.
