Lemon is a clean energy subscription service that aims to empower captive market energy consumers in Brazil by decreasing the cost of energy and improving customer experience.

My team and I are responsible for building the product - brainstorm, create, spec, test, and deploy projects for growth, increased revenue, and improved user experience.

I'm also responsible for building and leading the product chapter: expand the team, create processes, methodologies, product strategy and vision.

Chama is the only bottled gas marketplace in Brazil and is focused on democratizing access to bottled gas through better pricing and delivery experience. About 85% of the Brazilian population is a bottled gas consumer.

I was responsible for the product strategy and execution of the reseller and driver squads (mobile and web). 

My main focus was to improve delivery logistics in order to leverage user and partner conversion and retention. With the new driver app, we were able to reduce average delivery time by 50% and increase fulfillment by 40%.

My first role was to help accelerate the delivery of strategic company wide initiatives that required the combination of product and operations skills. I structured process, methodology and team. My initial team was comprised of 2 BI analysts and eventually grew to include product analysts and ux researchers. 

I worked on projects related to market expansion, sales team efficiency, and reseller engagement.
My main product deliverable was a scheduled delivery MVP, which captured 12% of orders during testing and proved the value of non-urgent deliveries by offering a better price than normal.

iFood is the #1 food delivery marketplace in Brazil.

I was responsible for leading the new business squad, focusing on uncovering new business models and offers to improve the partner base service quality and engagement. 

My main focus was to validate a set of order management features, the main one being a phone order input feature to improve delivery logistics. After extensive testing, the recommendation was to acquire an existing market solution (pdv).

My role as innovation lead was to further develop the experience for both customer and restaurants as well as to foster a customer/data centric culture within the company, especially the tech team. 

I worked on the discovery and validation of new business models as well as projects for current products.

Research thesis on the London Instagrammer community:
The issue of technological determinism has always been at the back of my mind and I was eager to test how much technology influences social change through my own research. I wanted to find out what effect technology has on us, if it is inevitably out of our control or if we adapt and react to the new technologies offered. The Instagramer community proved to be a great fieldsite to conduct my research since it is very rich and active in both the online and offline domains.

Responsible for the account management of consumer insights and innovation projects for brands such as: Ambev, Fiat, Vivo, Mars, Itaú, PepsiCo, Gerdau, Falconi and Grendene.
Defined and oversaw project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.

My main project was production, partnerships and communication strategy for Chefs na Rua, the first open air gastronomic festival in São Paulo during the Virada Cultural 2011 catering for more than 2.000 people.

Also conducted multiple translation projects for clients such as JWT, Saatchi & Saatchi, Y&R, Endeavour, Red Bull, WGSN among others.
