Hi, I'm Raffaela and I have over 15 years of experience working in digital product design and team collaboration. I currently am Head of Design at Shopfully, where I lead cross-functional design initiatives, support UX/UI design for large-scale products, and facilitate workshops to align product, tech, and marketing teams.
Throughout my career, I’ve helped companies improve their design processes, shape product visions, and create experiences that are both valuable for users and aligned with business goals. I often mentor junior designers and product teams, and I’m passionate about turning complex problems into clear, actionable steps.
