About Raikirat Sohi

Senior Software Engineering Leader at Walmart Global Tech

My story is about a lifelong fascination with solving puzzles, which led me from coding to architecting systems at a global scale. At Walmart, I've had the privilege of tackling immense technical challenges—from modernizing core infrastructure to inventing patented solutions for system performance. But along the way, I discovered that the most complex and rewarding puzzles aren't in the code; they're in helping people unlock their own potential.

This realization inspired me to found "We Are SF Tech Women," creating a space to help others navigate their paths. Now, I'm here on ADPList to do the same on a one-on-one basis. I want to share my playbook for solving tough technical and career challenges, so I can help you build the next chapter of your own amazing story.
