Designing products for the employer segment and working on various touchpoints of their journey.
• Enabled employers to manage their team of recruiters on our platform, streamlining their activity and performance.
• Mentor and guide two designers on the team.
• Designed the APNA database project, enabling employers to search for candidates and contact them directly.
• Successfully piloted the database project with 10 consulting firms and will soon launch it for the entire user base.

Created voice assistance for the Avail Finance app to improve accessibility and inclusivity, resulting in a 27% increase in conversions.
•Collaborated with product managers to build multiple features, including credit score and PF balance check, which increased the average session time by 18%.
Designed financial products such as credit and insurance for the blue-collar workforce.
•Improved the signup flow conversions by 9% with minimal changes done in just 3 days.

Spark is an institute funded and project funded summer internship program started in 2018 at IIT Roorkee. Designed the website for the summer internship program along with it's logo as well as flyer,tshirts,certificates for promotion and branding.

Thomso is the annual cultural fest of IIT Roorkee.I worked as an app designer and tried to meet all the user and buisness requirements
