Hi Everyone! I am Rajat, a Product Manager at Smytten, and I have work experience in building B2B and B2C products from scratch and launching new revenue streams. In my current role, I own the monetisation funnel of the B2C platform and steer growth initiatives for the business team. Post completing my engineering from one of the premier engineering institutes of India, I have gathered diverse work experience in consulting, theatre-film making and product management. Having worked as a film maker and a Product Manager now, I have come to terms that process of film making and Product Management is somewhat similar but what gives PM an edge over a film-maker is that a PM can measure and pivot a product even if the product fails post its release/launch.
I provide mentoring to Product Management aspirants who wish to transition into product management and product professionals who wish to up-skill themselves by learning the art of taking well informed data backed decisions at work, building hypothesis, validating/negating hypothesis using data analysis, collaborating with design and business stakeholders and launching, measuring outcomes via a structured A/B testing framework and much more.
Outside of work, I love to socialise and learn from everyone’s experiences, ski, play football, read, workout and watch realistic cinema. Yes, I breathe cinema. :)
