While leading the Eventbrite organizer app, my main responsibilities included enhancing the app's user experience through leading key projects. These projects involved Stripe payment integration, tap-to-pay (resulting in a +56% increase in adoption), and Timed Entry. The Timed Entry project has the potential to generate $40-70 million in Gross Ticket Fees (GTF) with a significant increase in ticket volumes.

I led the design aspects of the Swiggy One membership program, playing a pivotal role in its growth from 1 Lakh to over 1 million+ active users. My responsibilities included expanding the loyalty program to encompass various categories such as Food, Genie, Instamart, and Dineout. Implemented a comprehensive user growth initiative that involved optimising the renewal process, leading to a 45% increase in renewal of membership.

Target Full-Time Employee: 
Currently working on a scalable BI/analytics and reporting tool built leveraging open source technologies. Its purpose is to allow users the ability to create data insights and reports that can be shared with other users.
My large focus is to redesign the entire web application and create consistency across all mobile platforms( IOS, mobile web), improving developer/designer relationships and processes.

1. Oyo Rooms for Business (OYO B): Worked closely with Oyo's Design team in redesigning their existing product. The idea was to ensure hassle-free accommodation for business travelers at specially chosen OYO hotels across 200+ cities.

2. Voot (Viacom 18): Worked with Viacom Business and strategy to regionalize the Voot application interface. The purpose of this project was to understand whether language is a barrier in adoption of over the counter (OTC) video consumption and to apply findings from research to redesign the interface to suit the needs and behaviors of the Indian regional audience.

3. Zee5 (Zee Entertainment): Worked with the Zee5 team to redesign the new ZEE5 PWA version and which created consistency across all platforms (mobile, web and TV).

Independently handled the complete UI and Worked as a team on the UX. Other projects that I worked on are Divami website, brochure design and created several logo design.

Clients: Government of Andhra Pradesh (APEITA), Retailers Jeweller India, The Currency Club, KSCST (Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology), Snaxo.

Brainstormed and crafted multi-platform (web and print) graphics and websites for various projects.
Also responsible for designing movie posters, brochures, banners and social media post.

Actively involved in doing creative work viz. designing posters, brochures, leaflets etc. for promotion of activities and events of ONE Youth Foundation on Social media.
